Upon pickup or delivery of an alcoholic beverage, you:

• Must present ID
• Cannot have another individual pick up the item on your behalf; the name(s) on the order must match the name on the ID
• Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver alcohol items to our Bend orders. Any alcoholic items for Bend orders will be refunded.

Alcoholic Beverage Policies

Cocktails to go must be purchased with a substantial food item. Only two kits (2 drinks worth) may be purchased with an add-on item such as crab soup, and up to four kits (4 drinks worth) may be purchased with a full DockBox meal that serves 2. 

Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and present ID upon pickup or delivery of your order. You cannot have another individual pick up an order containing an alcoholic beverage; the name on your order must match the name on your ID.

If you are not home when your order is delivered we cannot leave the alcoholic beverage on your doorstep. Instead, we will keep and refund the item.
