To receive a full refund, you must request cancellation via email at least 24 hours prior the start of your scheduled pickup window.
If you missed your pickup window, please reach out to us to let us know! Often, we can hold onto your box for up to 24 hours and arrange a special pickup the next day. However, if we don't hear from you within 24 hours your scheduled pickup start time, we will find a new home for the box so it can be enjoyed while it's fresh. We do not automatically issue refunds for missed pickups.
